Payment Options

At Cocoon, every invoice is sent with a Razorpay payment link — you pay online in seconds, from anywhere in the world, with no bank visit required. For NRI clients, we also accept international wire transfers and NRE/NRO account payments. All payment methods are documented and invoiced transparently.

Accepted Payment Methods

  1. Razorpay Payment Link (Recommended)
    Every invoice is accompanied by a Razorpay payment link sent via email and WhatsApp. The link accepts all major Indian debit and credit cards, net banking, UPI, and international Visa/Mastercard. No account or registration required — click, pay, done. A payment confirmation and GST-compliant invoice are sent automatically within minutes of payment.
  2. UPI
    Cocoon accepts UPI payments through all major platforms — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others. UPI ID and QR code are included in every invoice. Ideal for clients or family members paying locally in India on the owner’s behalf.
  3. Bank Transfer — NEFT / IMPS / RTGS
    Payments can be made directly to Cocoon’s designated business account via NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS. Bank details are included in every invoice. Please share your transaction reference number via WhatsApp or email immediately after transfer for faster reconciliation.

NRI Payment Options

All of the above payment methods are available to NRI clients. In addition, Cocoon accepts the following for clients paying from abroad:

  1. NRE / NRO Account Transfer
    Payments from NRE or NRO accounts via NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS are accepted. Property management fees paid from NRE/NRO accounts are FEMA-compliant for current account transactions. Please consult your CA if you have questions about repatriation or source of funds compliance.
  2. International Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
    For clients who prefer to pay directly from an overseas account, Cocoon accepts international wire transfers. SWIFT/BIC details and beneficiary information will be provided on request — contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will send the full wire instructions within 2 hours.
  3. International Card via Razorpay
    Visa and Mastercard issued by international banks are accepted through the Razorpay payment link included in every invoice. No additional setup required. Currency conversion is handled by your card issuer at the prevailing rate.
  4. UPI via Family Member in India
    Many NRI clients instruct a family member in India to pay via UPI on their behalf. This is a straightforward and widely used arrangement — simply forward the invoice to your family member and they can pay using any UPI app.

Invoicing & Payment Timing

Invoices are issued as follows by service type:
Property Management Plans: Invoice issued at the start of each monthly billing cycle (from Month 2 onwards). Payment due within 7 days of invoice date.
STR Managed Plan: Monthly settlement statement issued by the 10th of each following month, showing gross income, platform fees deducted, net revenue, Cocoon commission, visit fees, and owner payout.
STR Listing Management: Monthly invoice issued at the start of each billing month. Payment due within 7 days.
STR Check-In & Check-Out / LTR Move-In & Move-Out: Invoice issued within 24 hours of the completed visit. Payment due within 7 days.
LTR Managed Plan (Leasing Commission): Invoice issued on the day of tenant move-in. Payment due within 7 days.
Third-party costs and actuals: Invoiced separately with full documentation at actuals, always with prior owner approval before spend is incurred.

Every invoice includes: service description, date, GST breakdown (18%), payment reference, and contact details for any queries. All invoices are issued under Gallivant Ventures LLP (GSTIN: 32AAZFG7923K1ZR).

Late Payments

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date across all service types. For overdue accounts, Cocoon follows the escalation schedule set out in the service agreement: WhatsApp reminder on Day 8, formal email on Day 15, call on Day 21, and service suspension on Day 30. Services are reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amounts.
