The company Paul could not find.

Paul owns property in Kochi and lives abroad. One villa sat in the care of an informal arrangement — a relative, then a caretaker, both willing, neither accountable. Nothing was documented. Nothing was photographed. Questions went unanswered for weeks, and the only way to find out how the house was really doing was to fly back and look.
That is the position most NRI owners are in. The arrangement is not dishonest. It is simply not a service, and it produces no evidence.
The solution
Minimum 12 timestamped photographs, every visit
Cocoon is the company Paul could not find. Scheduled visits on a published cadence. A written report within 24 hours of each one, with a minimum of 12 timestamped photographs. One company answerable for the condition of the house, and no expense incurred without the owner approving it first.

Who visits your home
One person, on the ground, answerable.
Every visit is led by Cocoon’s property manager, not a rotating pool of contractors. Cleaning, repairs and technical work are carried out by Cocoon’s verified vendors, supervised by that same person. The same person visits your home, so nothing has to be re-explained and changes between visits are noticed by someone who saw the house last time.
