Every plan includes a professional inspection, a timestamped photo report delivered within 24 hours, utility oversight and appliance checks. The more frequently we visit, the lower your per-visit rate.

A one-time onboarding fee of ₹5,000 exclusive of GST (₹5,900 including GST) applies at sign-up; plan billing starts in Month 2. Properties with more than three bedrooms are charged ₹899 per additional bedroom per visit (₹1,061 including GST). Month-to-month, no minimum term, 30 days’ notice to cancel. Plan rates are measured on a 3 BHK villa of 2,000 sq ft.

We use only industry-standard products
Cleaning and maintenance work uses products from Bosch, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, 3M, S. C. Johnson and Rainchem. Vendors are held to Cocoon’s standard before they touch a client’s home, and every expense is approved by you before it is incurred.
