Every plan includes a professional inspection, timestamped photo report delivered within 24 hours, utility oversight, and appliance checks. The more frequently we visit, the lower your per-visit rate. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. For properties with 4 or more bedrooms, ₹899 per additional bedroom applies per visit.
