* All plans are billed monthly. Prices shown are per visit, exclusive of 18% GST (Monthly: ₹5,899 | Fortnightly: ₹5,309 per visit | Weekly: ₹4,719 per visit). For properties with 4 or more bedrooms, ₹899 per additional bedroom beyond the 3rd is added to each visit. A one-time onboarding fee of ₹5,900 (incl. 18% GST) applies to all new properties — covering initial documentation, baseline photography, and system setup — Month 1 is the onboarding month; plan billing begins from Month 2. All service pricing excludes outstanding bills, arrears, taxes, late payment charges, or third-party materials; these are billed separately at actuals, with prior owner approval before any spend is incurred.

Utility Bill Management
