Payment Options

At Cocoon, we believe in making your experience as seamless and transparent as possible—including how you pay for our services. Whether you’re a monthly member or requesting an independent service, we offer multiple trusted payment options for your convenience.

Accepted Payment Methods

  1. Card Payments
    We accept card payments for both membership subscriptions and standalone services. Please ensure you collect a provisional receipt at the time of payment. Final invoices will follow within 24–48 hours post service completion.
  2. Bank Transfers
    You can securely transfer payments to our designated business account. Bank details will be shared on request or included in your service invoice. Please share a screenshot or reference ID for faster processing.
  3. UPI Payments
    Cocoon accepts UPI payments through all major platforms (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.). UPI ID and QR code will be provided at the time of service confirmation.

Invoicing & Documentation

Invoices for all services rendered—whether recurring or one-time—will be emailed to the registered client within 24 to 48 hours of service completion. Each invoice will include:
• Service details
• Date of service
• Applicable taxes
• Payment confirmation
• Contact details for queries
