Cancellation Policy
At Cocoon, we value your time and our commitment to delivering premium property management services. To ensure seamless service and resource allocation, the following cancellation terms apply:
Service Appointments (One-Time Bookings)
• Cancellations or rescheduling of any scheduled service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Requests received within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be considered non-refundable, and the service will be deemed delivered.
Membership Plans (Subscription-Based Services)
• All membership subscriptions are billed upfront on a monthly basis.
• Membership cancellations will not result in partial refunds. Your plan benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted before the renewal date.
By confirming your booking or subscription, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
