Offline Scope of Work – What’s Included:
- Check-In
- Hand over keys and verify guest identity/documents.
- Record existing assets and working condition before handover.
- Verify all appliances, plumbing, and electrical points are functioning.
- Check Wi-Fi, TV, gas supply, and amenities.
- Welcome guest and ensure a comfortable start to their stay.
- Check-Out
- Collect keys and inspect for any damages or missing assets.
- Record any wear and tear for Airbnb claim submission.
- Coordinate laundry and cleaning.

- Perform general housekeeping to make the home guest-ready again.

Exclusions & Additional Charges
While our plans are designed to cover most aspects of guest and property management, certain services fall outside the standard plan charges. These will be billed separately, based on actuals:
