For owners who manage their own listings but want Cocoon as the focal point for guests and property readiness.
Offline Scope of Work – What’s Included:
- Check-In (First Visit)
- Hand over keys and verify guest identity/documents.
- Record existing assets and working condition before handover.
- Verify all appliances, plumbing, and electrical points are functioning.
- Check Wi-Fi, TV, gas supply, and amenities.
- Welcome guest and ensure a comfortable start to their stay.
- Check-Out (Second Visit)
- Collect keys and inspect for any damages or missing assets.
- Record any wear and tear for Airbnb claim submission.
- Coordinate laundry and cleaning.
- Ensure all bills and utilities are settled.
- Perform general housekeeping to make the home guest-ready again.
Extra Charges (As Applicable):
- Laundry for soiled linen: Billed at actuals.
- General housekeeping after checkout: Property Owner to arrange or Cocoon to charge ₹1,999 per visit (client provides cleaning materials).
- Utility refills: Managed and reimbursed as per bills.
- Bill payments: Coordinated and updated after owner approval.
- Additional area cleaning: As per Cocoon’s additional service list.

While our plans are designed to cover most aspects of guest and property management, certain services fall outside the standard plan charges. These will be billed separately, based on actuals:

Any breakdowns, replacements, or emergency repairs, tank cleaning.

Carpentry, painting, pest control, or other non-routine works.

Internet/telecom recharges, subscription fees, or specialist contractor costs.
