Payment Options
All Cocoon fees are exclusive of 18% GST. GST is charged in addition to the stated fee and itemised on every invoice. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for each transaction — not a provisional receipt. Invoices are emailed to your registered address within 24 hours of a completed visit or at the start of each billing cycle for subscription plans.
Accepted payment methods
Card payments
Indian and international debit and credit cards accepted via Razorpay. Card payments are processed securely by Razorpay — Cocoon does not store card details.
UPI
All major UPI platforms accepted — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others. UPI ID and QR code are included in every invoice.
Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
Bank details are included in every invoice. Include the invoice number as the payment reference. Confirm the transfer by sending a screenshot or transaction reference via WhatsApp to +91 98470 88888.
NRE / NRO account transfer
NRI clients may pay directly from an NRE or NRO account held with any Indian bank. Bank details are included in your invoice. Cocoon’s management fee is a service fee payable to an Indian entity — it is not subject to TDS under rental income provisions.
International wire transfer (SWIFT)
NRI clients paying from overseas accounts may pay via SWIFT international wire transfer. SWIFT details are provided on request — contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 98470 88888. Please share the SWIFT confirmation reference upon transfer for faster reconciliation.
Invoicing
Every invoice includes: the Cocoon GSTIN (32AAZFG7923K1ZR), service description, visit or billing date, the fee exclusive of tax, the 18% GST amount, the total payable, and payment instructions. Invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (₹). For NRI clients, the exchange rate applied to any international payment is determined by your bank at the time of transfer — Cocoon invoices in INR only.
Cash payments
Cash payments above ₹2,000 are not accepted. Under Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act, accepting cash above ₹2 lakh in a single transaction attracts a 100% penalty. All Cocoon transactions are settled electronically to maintain a clean audit trail for both parties.
